It’s Open Mic Jam night so come on down and join us at Mock Crest Tavern this Thursday, April 24th, at 8:30 p.m. with Randy Yearout and Tracey Fordice.
Most people are familiar with Randy Yearout. He plays guitars and Vocals with the 8-Balls, but he also founded the North Portland band NoPoMoJo. Randy has a gift for writing songs in a variety of musical styles intermingling the roots and boundaries of blues, folk, jazz, rock, and country.
Randy has been a professional musician for more than 40 years. He is currently the bandleader, guitarist, vocalist, song-writer, and marketing manager of the Portland, OR, band Tracey Fordice and the 8-Balls. Randy also plays in the eclectic folk-rock band, NoPoMoJo!
Tracey Fordice (formerly Tracey Bunch) rocks a beautiful, powerful and unique voice, as well as plays the piano and writes songs. Her talents are a blend of creativity that extends above and beyond most women in blues currently performing throughout the Portland blues scene.
