Jo Elless performs at Mock Crest Tavern on Thursday, October 17th at 8:30 p.m.
She recorded her first album, I’ll See You in Hell, etc., during her senior year at Berklee, and is now in the process of touring and performing on both coasts. She has shared the stage with artists including Union Station Swing Band, the Hollywood Wind Ensemble, Esperanza Spalding, the Damn Well Please Organ Trio, Mojo Stone, the Samantha Ronson Band, and many others.
She’s been featured in the Saxophone Journal several times in 2011 and received national attention for her album, Copley Inbound.

The Double Mountain Vaporizer is a golden-hued Pale Ale that features a hoppy aroma and flavor. The malt is 100% Gambrinus Pilsner, which is a sweet and supple house malt from Gambrinus Malting in British Columbia. The hops are primarily grown on a single farm in the Yakima Valley. The beer is dry-hopped to pump up the hoppy goodness. It offers a 6% ABV, and 50 BU.
